1. Agreement
By accessing playpandemia.com or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
- Purchases are for Minecraft Java Edition only. Bedrock/console editions are not supported.
- You must provide your exact in-game username. Items are delivered to the account associated with that username on the Pandemia network.
- You must have joined the Pandemia server at least once before purchase so your account can be found.
- You must be of legal age to make online purchases in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent.
3. No refunds — all sales final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes ranks, currency bundles, coin packs, cash bundles, donations, and subscriptions. Digital goods are delivered immediately or within minutes to your Minecraft account and cannot be reversed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
By completing checkout you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in a permanent ban from Pandemia services.
4. Products
Ranks, currency, and other items are virtual goods with no real-world value. They exist only within the Pandemia Minecraft network. Pandemia is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
- Hero and Elite are one-time permanent purchases.
- Legend and Mythic are monthly subscriptions. Perks are active while your subscription is current. When cancelled or expired, subscription perks are removed; you may retain lower one-time ranks if applicable.
- Donor rank is granted for donations of $1 or more and is permanent.
5. Delivery
Most items are delivered within 5 minutes of successful payment. If delivery is delayed, join the server or contact support with your Stripe receipt. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect usernames, Mojang outages, or server maintenance.
6. Username changes
Entitlements are tied to your Minecraft UUID. If you change your username through Mojang, your purchases remain on your account.
7. Subscriptions
Legend and Mythic renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel through the billing portal on our support page (use the email from checkout) or via your Stripe receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund prior payments.
8. Conduct & enforcement
Purchases do not exempt you from server rules. We may revoke access or perks for violations of Pandemia rules, fraud, or abuse, without refund.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, product pricing, or in-game perks. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
For support, reach out through Pandemia's official Discord or in-game staff channels. Include your Minecraft username and Stripe receipt when reporting delivery issues.
